A Colorado native who spent much of his professional life in the New York City metro area and New Jersey, Brad has dedicated his career to the luxury hospitality and travel industry. His journey began at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he studied International Marketing while simultaneously gaining hands-on experience working in front office operations at several luxury hotels. After an early career chapter in Los Angeles, Brad returned to the East Coast to join the corporate sales team at one of the Upper East Side’s most prestigious hotels, quickly establishing himself as a leader in relationship-driven sales.
Brad’s career evolved into luxury leisure sales with globally renowned brands including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Belmond Hotels, and the Raffles group, representing some of the Caribbean’s most iconic properties. Building on this foundation, he launched his own sales and marketing company, eventually growing a portfolio of more than 50 luxury hotels worldwide. Together with his life and business partner, he later
merged businesses to create one of the most respected collections in the
industry—representing not only five-star hotels but also elite destination management companies, a private jet service, and international luxury retailer El Corte Inglés.
Over the years, Brad has cultivated one of the most valuable networks in luxury travel, compiling a proprietary database of nearly 20,000 trusted luxury travel advisors across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This unparalleled reach allows him to connect discerning travelers directly with the properties he represents, offering homeowners unique exposure to a highly qualified clientele.
As CEO, Brad combines his decades of experience, global network, and commitment to excellence to ensure every home is managed and marketed with the same sophistication, discretion, and world-class standards as the finest hotels in the world.
Giuseppe was born in the paradise of Italy’s famous Amalfi Coast the son of a British Mother and a Father who dedicated his life the hospitality industry running one of the most prestigious hotel on the Coast. Giuseppe followed his on path following his interest in computer science in Salerno before eventually falling into the tourism industry as a guide to English speakers on the Coast.
Later he fell into his father’s footsteps beginning his career in the hotel business in front office operations, IT, and later sales and marketing. Eventually Giuseppe left Italy for the luster and excitement of New York
City. Here he honed his sales and marketing skills working for such well known names as Rosewood Hotels at the Carlyle and later French owned Concord Hotels & Resorts with hotels throughout France and in St. Martin in the Caribbean. Following, Giuseppe founded his own sales and marketing representation company using his Italian contacts and heritage to bring in his first major clients.
After 5 years he and his life partner
merged their similar businesses to create at the time the one of the largest Collections of any representation company in the U.S. After 12 years, they sold their company to pursue their dream in the Cap Cana.

A native of Puerto Rico, Alberto has called Punta Cana home for more than a decade, giving him an exceptional understanding of the region, its culture, and its community. His academic background includes degrees in Science Pedagogy from the University of Puerto Rico and in Communications from the University of Sagrado Corazón in Santurce, providing him with both analytical skills and the ability to connect effectively with people.
With over 20 years of experience in the high-end retail jewelry sector, Alberto brings a wealth of expertise in handling luxury assets and serving discerning clientele. His career honed his ability to manage high-value inventory with precision, resolve discrepancies with transparency, oversee human resources with care, and—most importantly—anticipate and exceed the expectations of sophisticated customers.
Alberto is widely recognized for his integrity, reliability, and the genuine sense of urgency he brings to every responsibility. He instills these same values in those he mentors and manages, ensuring that homeowners benefit from a team culture built on trust, dependability, and service excellence.
Now fully immersed in his life in the Dominican Republic, Alberto combines his professional discipline with a personal passion for helping others live—and protect—the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of.
